This is my second try at Ratigan that I didn't trash.

I drew this after Honars English, we were going over some words and this one came up, Beguile, he immediatly came to mind, minus the fact that I've been obsessed with TGMD lately... And he sees charming until he feeds you to his gaint obise(Sp?) cat.

I'm pretty darn sure I spelled proffesser wrong but screw it, spelling was never my strong point.

I desided not to color it, too lazy.

Any way, incase you cant read it it says:

Proffesser Ratigan

BEGUILE
a.) To deceive; trick
b.) To amuse; delight
c.) To pass time pleasently

Then a more decsriptive meaning.

Seemingly charming but with deceptive intent.
